Yet another what now?  You really want to make another IPA?

Or so the conversation went, nearly 3 decades ago.  In a market full of IPA's I was proposing another one.  But this one had a twist, it used some of the new hops that were so fresh they didn't even have a name yet.  It was all the bitter, oily mouthfeel we expected from an IPA with brand new fruit forward and floral aromas.  Madness!

Ultimately the beer got made, and the recipe was forever imortalised with that quip.  

Over the years it has had many different hops, but the underlying recipe never wavered.

Hops: Galaxy, Eclipse, Centennial
Malt: Coopers Premium Ale Malt, Gladfield Light Crystal
Yeast: US-05

7% ABV, 70 IBU
