The Brut IPA was a experiment in removing bitterness from an IPA to try and make it more like sparkling wine.  We don't reckon that went far enough.

We wanted to go further and so invented the Sour, Brut IPA. 

Fan's will remember our original trial, the Pucker Punch, which was a great start.  But we wanted to recreate the experience of easy to love light, crisp, floral and aromatic beverages we remember from the time before. 

We give you our tribute to one of the most fun beverages of our youth, we give you the Passion Hop.  

That sounds like a fucking franchise.

Hops: Eclipse, Nectaron, Citra
Malt: Coopers Premium Ale Malt, Gladfield Maize Malt
Yeast: Philly Sour (L. Thermotolerans)
